Job Description/Skills Required

• Manage a large team, that includes several Marketing Managers and Account Based Marketing (ABM) marketers. As a leader you will be responsible for creating a strong collaborative team culture that works together to achieve set goals and priorities
• Will be responsible for coaching & mentoring the team for the execution and delivery of the strategic marketing objectives as per their set KPI’s
• Mentor and guide the team for hi-performance. Manage the quarterly and annual performance and appraisal system
• Be in charge of all staffing and recruitment of talent. Work closely with HR and recruitment teams to identify the right person for the role. Manage all aspects of training and development for the team
• Build and develop new marketing services. Look at new areas of innovation across the marketing spectrum, and create new service offerings that can be taken to market. Be innovative in thought and action
• Lead the P&L for the marketing team. Manage all financial aspects of running the team including billing, utilization and reporting as per requirement
• Be the point of escalation and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure high OTACE CSAT
