Job Description/Skills Required

Involves maintaining daily operations and oversees the daily management of payable processes associated with the payment of stores across the company, vendor payments, processing of convenience fee, receiving, payment of invoices and communication, Vendor Reconciliation, Inventory Reconciliation, Clearing, Bank Reconciliation.

– Ensure invoices are processed correctly and compliant to government/tax requirements and identify discrepancies and resolve billing issues.

– Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices in the system with the help of technical team.

– Hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating Accounts Payable staff members

– Process Automation

– Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
