Job Description/Skills Required


  • The role is for supporting in employee expense claim review, query management and processing for payment/s. This profile requires individual to work in a collaborative manner within the Finance Team and co-ordinate with consulting team, with Assistants of Business leaders and leaders
  • Experience in auditing or expense review and management
  • Ensuring timely processing of expense claims in accordance with the guidelines, raising queries in case of deviation, discussing, tracking and resolving queries before processing the expense claim for payment
  • Good communication skills Written and verbal
  • Prepare MIS and reports related to Expense reimbursement on weekly basis.
  • Structured, discipline, accurate and able to handle the volume
  • Employee induction/s
  • Payment reconciliations
  • Sharing employee feedbacks for policy improvement
  • Dealing with confidential information
