Job Description/Skills Required
- Knowledge on Mutual Fund Regulations and AMFI Best practice guidelines
- Ensure that all daily work is performed in accordance with department policy and procedural guidelines
- Prepare various monthly, quarterly, half yearly, annual& Adhoc Reports for Regulator as well as various stakeholders
- Monitoring and review of compliances with SEBI regulations & different reporting requirements
- Manage various Audits – Internal, SEBI, Statutory
- Co-ordination with Fund Admin team for NAV processing etc
- Analysis & application of Mutual Fund Taxations, filing of TAX reports
- Evaluating the regulation changes and its impact to the schemes
