Job Description/Skills Required

  • Ensure the correct recording of all accounting flows in compliance with group guidelines and procedures and with fiscal and statutory regulations
  • Provide timely and complete economic and financial accounting updates in order to guarantee correct transmission to the Group Consolidation and Reporting department and adequate information for management control analyzes
  • Review and update accounting policies, check expenses (travel expenses), processes and procedures in order to ensure continuous improvements and to streamline and simplify any transversal activities with other departments
  • Provide support (when no accounts receivable clerk) to the cash collection management and commercial department in customer relationships when needed and notably in checking customer conditions in credit note emissions
