Job Description/Skills Required

Ensure smooth flow of trade finance activities
Issuance of Inland and Foreign Letter of Credit for Raw material and Capital items.
Amendment and Acceptance of documents of ILC and FLC.
Passing of LC entries in SAP Invoice wise.
Coordination with banks for Merchant trade transaction.
Arranging shipping documents from bank and handover to the export team
Preparing the NFB report on monthly basis by taking the LC and BG outstanding from bank.
Bank Guarantee tracker updation
Bill of entry closure with bank
Resolving queries of Bank and Auditor relating to LC work.
