Job Description/Skills Required

Review quarterly estimates and annual returns for premium tax
Work paper review for premium tax returns
Understanding of various tax credits and assessments
Analyzing and researching Tax laws and keeping a track of changes in any State regulations
Researching the Tax notices from Various tax authorities and resolving them in timely manner
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders for process deliverables.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of assigned daily, monthly and periodic tasks
Review process documentation (Process Maps, Standard Operating Procedures, etc.)
Interact with the onshore team on a day-to day basis responding to their requirements at a short notice by re-aligning priorities
Should be able to understand & anticipate clients business needs, concerns & issues, and be able to proactively resolve the same
Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLAs and pre-defined standards
