Job Description/Skills Required

Strategic Leadership of Sales team responsible for the growth of Server, Storage and PC revenue in corporate sales segment – improving margin, coverage, productivity, portfolio expansion
Delivers revenue, margin, opex and productivity targets each quarter based on plan
Execute people agenda in India – training, career development, community services, diversity
Partners with Sales team and sales planning team who manage overall account relationship and drive opportunities for Client & Compute solutions.
Drive sales strategies and sales promotion campaigns
Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members
Develops strategic objectives for the direct sales organization
Develops strategic account management and pipeline across the organization
Designs programs to improve team’s business acumen and customer knowledge Develops and trains account Directors
