Job Description/Skills Required

• Monitoring and Controlling of Service Projects / Contracts and taking appropriate actions in right time. Identifying the Risk and Opportunities in Service projects. Clearance of exceptions arising out of the business transactions in line with accounting guidelines of Siemens.
• Creation of Project Structure in SAP through PS Module for Contracts, Extension Projects, Migration Projects & Spare orders. Maintaining the Equipment details in SAP for AMC Contracts.
• Billing to Customers as per the Contract terms and follow up for receivables along with respective stake holders and providing reconciliation statements wherever required.
• Organizing the EMD and Bank Guarantees as per the Contract terms. Review of Unbilled Revenue and Unbilled cost and act accordingly in consultation with service leads.
• Continuous monitoring and clearance of interim accounts and support region in keeping the dashboard green. Internal co-ordination and collaboration with all the Stake holders.
