Job Description/Skills Required

Ensuring Fiscal and Financial Governance for across all Entities – Domestic & International Entities
Ensuring integrity and accuracy of books of accounts of all entities
Ensure timely reporting of Monthly Financials to the board and lead monthly Fiscal Reviews of all entities
Managing Internal and External Audits including Statutory, Internal and Concurrent Audits
Build rigour to Publish Quarterly/Annual Audited Results in with calendar as applicable to any listed entity.
Define robust controls and strengthen processes to ensure validation of financial transactions
Drive integrity and hygiene of financial data and books as per the required standards
Conduct reviews with relevant stakeholders to drive Cost Efficiency and Productivity initiatives
Collaborate with Plant management to strengthen Inventory valuation and periodic Inventory reviews
Strengthen controls around Cash, Assets and Inventory
