Job Description/Skills Required

Write and manage proposal support requests from onshore member firm
Understand the onshore teams’ requirements to work on proposals, RFI/RFP responses, client presentations, marketing collateral, etc.
Ensure the documents meet quality standards and adhere to KPMG brand specification
Research KPMG knowledge resources for content
Update industrialized templates that can be leveraged for future proposals
Manage proposal content repository
Train and mentor new joiners in the team
Strategic initiatives: Team level
