Job Description/Skills Required

Preparing Annexures for Cost Audit & replying to queries raised by Cost Auditor for all the plants.
Ensure adherence to various norms required in Cost Audit Reports.
Prepare monthly inventory reports on material stock in hand – FG, SFG, RM, PM.
Reconcile general ledger inventory accounts(FI module inventory) to perpetualinventory reports(MM Module inventory) on a monthly basis.
Prepare monthly management reports on material consumption and material destruction Report and analyzing reasons for excess material consumed based on production & sales volumes, Analysis of Material directly issued to Cost Centre and Revenue Analysis.
Quarterly Ageing Report of Raw Material & Packing Material.
Quarterly Work-in-progress (WIP) calculation and process order wise reconciliation and initiating actions on process orders actually delivered/completed but showing pending in SAP.
Work directly with various departments in a consultative role in identifying process improvements and Manufacturing efficiencies.
