Job Description/Skills Required

Providing financial, commercial and strategic support to BU Head and Delivery Unit Heads to promote profitable growth and business excellence
Lead Annual Business planning activity for the business unit
Track and report various cost and billing analysis revenue and cost projection and insights
Create Q-o-Q budget considering attrition rate, new business, cost targets and margin improvement plans
Analyze the financial performance of a unit or manpower of the unit and provide analysis and recommendations
Reconciliation of the MIS to enable single version of truth, periodic audits for data reconciliation
Work with the corporate finance teams to align revenue, budget, cost target vs actuals
Imbibe HCLs culture of focus on ‘value’ and ‘business outcome’ in the team
