Job Description/Skills Required

Assist with set-up of all new leases and validation of lease data and attributes. Store relevant lease agreements and necessary documentation.
Review the checklist and other mandatory requirements for every lease set-up
Review cross-functional data inputted by Lease accountants into the lease management tool
Evaluate impact of new, amended and terminated leases. Work closely with FSRE & business teams.
Review & audit lease payments and ensure they are processed completely, accurately and timely.
Assist the organization with other quarterly and annual internal control processes as well audit requirements.
Make sure to audit and review the data loaded into reporting ledger, monthly check & review of reporting data into consolidation tool
IFRS, GAAP differences & accounting standard guidelines on Lease related areas.
Any taxation impacts with regards to Lease must be discussed and properly documented
