Job Description/Skills Required

Consulting with clients on complex accounting issues
Collaborating with partners, directors, senior managers and clients to influence strategy, balancing risk and client expectations
Leading and delivering accounting advisory assignments in the required timeframe as agreed with the client.
Being the primary point of contact with senior members of client teams.
Managing Engagement teams and ensuring that they thoroughly understand our clients unique needs and expectations
Building relationships with colleagues across multiple service lines to provide seamless integrated service
Provide technical as well as process assistance in relation to conversion from Indian GAAP to IFRS/US GAAP
Acting as a subject matter expert on technical accounting matters and supporting audit teams with such matters that arise during the course of an audit. Scope will include supporting audit teams in implementation of new accounting standards, review of Ind AS, IFRS and US GAAP financial statements, preparing and reviewing work papers and providing support services (technical as well process related) to clients
Assist clients with financial reporting / closing / consolidation type processes
