Provides oversight of third party vendor within an Order Administration, Billing and Fulfillment, Collections, Travel & Expense, Accounts Receivable/Payable and/or other financial transaction processing department
Provides support for dispute resolution and escalation issues related to billing, service provision/stoppage and collections/cancellations, bad debts, cash and refund related matters between customers, business and outsourced vendor
Reviews and validates refunds, write-offs and credits from third party vendor prior to management approval
Supports the monitoring and audit of vendor performance and facilitates communications/feedback between manager, vendor and business
Supports continuous improvement opportunities, changes in policy and procedures and understands potential impacts;Provides ad hoc reporting as necessary
Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
