Job Description/Skills Required

To lead, develop and support the team, plan the workflow and identify and implement process improvement plans in order to ensure that the team can deliver an effective and professional service to the client in line with relevant policies and procedures while meeting the SLAs. Professional Know-how Academic: Graduation (in Commerce) Experience: Minimum 4-8 years in Accounts Payable with Team Management experience of 2 years. Working Relationships Internal: Team Members Client/Capita U.K Support functions External: Capita Group Cost Center ManagersIAGGBS Suppliers/Vendors Primary Responsibilities Monitor real time workflow to plan work schedule as per the SLA requirement and the volumes forecasted; Measure and review performance and productivity of the team and provide one to one feedback to ensure high quality and accuracy; Conduct weekly calls with the client to understand expectations, provide feedback and reports and resolve queries or escalations; Monitor and investigate breaches to ensure that the sub-process functions in accordance to the pre-set deadlines, procedures and service standards; Measure and improve quality of the process by implementing process improvement plans and lean projects on a periodic basis; Manage team absenteeism, attrition, attendance, breaks and conduct;
