Job Description/Skills Required

  • Work with CoS & business heads on presentations for Senior Management, Strategy Day, Townhall, etc.
  • Discuss and Sign off on Monthly FTE forecast for various businesses
  • Ideate Cost saving themes, present and push for implementation.
  • Drive cost optimization programs across Finance teams.
  • Support various Finance wide initiatives and ensure the project (migrations) objectives are accomplished (i.e. successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of the project).
  • Partner with business & sign off on Annual Budget for Finance Mumbai.
  • Frame Robust Governance Framework and ensure effective implementation eg. Cost authorization, travel, etc.
  • Reporting and analysis on attritions, efficiencies, people statistics, expense analysis etc
  • Prepare reports on headcount dashboard, open positions, efficiency tracking and redeployment.
  • Analyse and perform deep dive analysis for major expense lines and variance drivers
  • Other administrative activities including seating capacity management, managing fostering events, inventory management etc.
  • Maintain and review the staff travel budget.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and handle special projects assigned from time to time including transitions analysis and preparation of reporting packs to the senior management
