Job Description/Skills Required

  • The Projects candidate will responsible for delivering and facilitating change impacting the Risk & Finance functions.
  • The suitable candidate will be using their strong project management, analysis and leadership skills and experience to ensure the team executes the Change Management strategy defined by the Global Head.
  • The role involves consulting with stakeholders impacted. The individual will also engage with counterparts in Europe, Asia and the US to ensure a consistent approach and methodology is followed on a global basis. The person taking up this role will work to:
  • Responsible for the successful delivery of projects to plan, budget and agreed quality and governance standards. The role typically requires managing three plus complex projects simultaneously
  • Manages project teams engaged throughout the full delivery lifecycle. Delivery of projects supporting the business strategy from business case through to initiation, requirement analysis, design, build, testing, implementation and closure
  • Manages the project end to end including the IT elements of delivery (where applicable)
  • Budget typically > £1.5
